Highlights

• Earn between $400k to $700k+ annually, plus additional earning potential
• Generous Sign on Bonus
• Sustainable Team-based Model: Multiple deep night rads to foster high degree of collegial work environment
• Full (26 weeks) or part-time (17 weeks) opportunities
• Overnight shift 10pm - 7am CST with overlap coverage from evening shift until 12am - 1am, and day team starting at 6am
• Local radiologists are available on-site for support. Build strong relationships with referring physicians and ER Teams who value your expertise.
• Primarily ER Radiology and Inpatient Cases: Make a meaningful impact by serving patients in urgent care settings.
• Employed model with physician governance and admin support to allow clinical practice to flourish with high job satisfaction & retention
• Collegial environment: physician mentorship, team-based mentality, case sharing & healthy relationships with medical staff and administration who understand and support the value of rads
• Standardized policies & procedures - QI, safety, contrast policies, ease of communicating results; modality-based standardized imaging protocols - All to reduce interruptions of workflow.
• Remote home workstation provided with 24/365 tech/IT support provided
• IT infrastructure: VizAI, GE PACs, EPIC integrated EMR with PACS, Powerscribe One (incidental follow up recs automated), and multiple AI tools (RadAI, AiDOC) to support high quality and efficient workflow
• Remote Work Supported Across Multiple States: Work from the comfort of your own home in AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, AND WY.
• Support level 1 Trauma centers
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
• Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients

Training and/or Experience Required

• BC/BE in Diagnostic Radiology
• Completion of an accredited Radiology residency; fellowship training is welcome
• Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
