Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 / hour
Description
As a Senior Manager on the Campus & Influencer Marketing team, you will drive the strategy and execution of high-impact campus & influencer marketing campaigns. This role is client-facing, requiring strong judgment, clear communication, and a solutions-oriented mindset to deliver best-in-class service. You'll oversee campaign development and execution across influencer, digital, experiential, and sampling programs, ensuring flawless delivery, seamless cross-team collaboration, and measurable results that exceed client expectations. In addition, you will manage and guide team member(s) to support strong execution and uphold the highest standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee post-sale campus & influencer campaign strategy and execution on digital, experiential, and sampling programs, working closely on first-to-market and VIP brand partnerships in coordination with Integrated Marketing Leadership
  • Strategize, review and approve campaign materials and guidelines for influencers (including timelines, messaging, and requirements for their scope of work) based on client guidelines
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and vetting of influencer applications, approving target influencers for projects, and conducting outreach and follow-ups as needed
  • Serve as a main point of contact for influencers who participate in campaigns as needed
  • Set and manage campus & influencer compensation budgets and advise team members on fee negotiation as needed during execution, working cross-departmentally to ensure all influencer compensation is processed properly
  • Create and review campus & influencer campaign agreements, working cross-departmentally to ensure all legal and FTC requirements are met
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally on influencer marketing initiatives and serve as a point of contact for clients, providing best-in-class campus & influencer marketing counsel specific to brand, target, consumer, and marketing objectives as needed
  • Support Community and Integrated Marketing Leadership during the proposal phase of campus & influencer marketing campaigns, providing key insights, thought starters, and industry expertise to help us win business
  • Support Community and Integrated Marketing Leadership in developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with talent agencies and strategic partners
  • Report and leverage data and analytics to optimize and continuously expand and optimize our processes and offerings, ensuring internal databases and tracking documents are updated with accurate campaign information
  • Help strategize and implement campus & influencer programming, resources, and initiatives relating to campus and influencer marketing and campaign performance, as led by the Campus & Influencer Marketing team, which may include speaking opportunities
  • Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure strong execution, professional growth, and alignment with team and client objectives

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree (or other college degree) preferred
  • 5+ years of full-time campaign management/influencer marketing experience, ideally at an agency in client-facing role(s)
  • Demonstrated strong interest and knowledge in community-building, influencer marketing, and the college marketing industry, as well as a pulse on trends in the space
  • Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail and an eye for design
  • Superior organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram, as well as Asana, Canva, Later Influence, and Google Drive a plus
