  • Develop and maintain RISE pricing models for training, services, materials, and other program-related offerings or purchases.
  • Lead staffing and capacity planning for RISE, anticipating resource needs and partnering with leadership to align staffing plans with program and budget priorities.

  • Experience managing budgets and developing staffing, capacity, or resource plans.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple interconnected workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience building and improving operational systems, workflows, and processes that support efficiency and scalability.
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports, including setting priorities, delegating work, and providing performance feedback.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, and experience using project management, workflow, CRM, or similar operational technology. Familiarity with Canvas or other learning management systems is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and technology to improve workflows, solve operational problems, and reduce manual processes.

  • Experience in K-12 education, education services, summer learning, or a related environment is helpful but not required.
