This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home while providing much-needed support and therapeutic interventions to clients. Implementing flexible scheduling options, our therapists typically work from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional adjustments to meet patient needs. The remote setup fosters a work-life balance, allowing our therapists to maintain their well-being while helping others.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial consultations to identify the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring individualized care.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and provide shared learning experiences among participants.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to create a comprehensive treatment approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and social aspects of mental health.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies and immediate support during challenging situations.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources to enhance empowerment and understanding of their experiences.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights to improve overall clinical practices and enhance treatment methodologies.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and practices in mental health therapy.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, accompanied by the proven ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills conducive to building trust with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Solid judgment and adherence to professional ethics in all interactions with clients, ensuring their dignity and confidentiality.
• Competency in electronic health record systems and general computer applications relevant to telehealth practices.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations, particularly in outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy.
• An established track record in conducting successful psychoeducational programs or support groups.
• Familiarity with current trends in mental health therapy and the integration of technology in treatment delivery.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
