We are currently seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Work From Home Booking Administrative Planners.

In this role, you will assist with coordinating travel arrangements, organizing booking details, and ensuring all plans are accurate and well-structured for clients.

This position involves a mix of administrative support, scheduling, and coordination, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things organized and running smoothly. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, and no prior experience is required training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages.

  • Assist with planning and structuring travel arrangements based on client preferences

  • Organize and review booking details to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Create and maintain organized travel plans and itineraries

  • Communicate with clients via email and online platforms
