Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to students with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, identifying strengths and areas of need.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and aligned with the families and schools’ objectives to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
• Collaborate regularly with educators, school counselors, and healthcare providers to create an integrated support system for each student, ensuring a coordinated approach to their care.
• Monitor and document patient progress consistently, adapting treatment plans to respond effectively to the changing needs of students and gathering feedback from families and school staff.
• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions and resources, providing guidance on the importance of consistency in treatment and support.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations and obtaining informed consent from patients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
