Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, with the option to engage with clients through various digital platforms. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for resources and team meetings, facilitating ongoing communication and collaboration among our mental health professionals. You will benefit from a structured work schedule set by your direct supervisor, allowing you to manage your client caseload effectively while interacting with colleagues during required meetings and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in mandatory team meetings to enhance communication and share best practices.
  • Adhere to applicable ethical codes and organizational policies to provide the highest quality care.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, leveraging evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate progress monitoring through the electronic medical record system, documenting patient milestones and adjustments to treatment plans.

  • Maintain compliance with licensing requirements, including keeping your Oregon Driver’s License, CPR, and First Aid certifications up-to-date.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
