Location: De Pere, WI
Job Type: Contract
Project Duration: 4 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Pay: Up to $35.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Metal Building Erectors for a 4-week commercial construction project in the De Pere, WI area. We are seeking dependable professionals with experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and as part of a fast-paced construction team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble and erect pre-engineered metal building systems, including structural steel framing, wall panels, and roof systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications
  • Measure, align, and install structural components accurately
  • Bolt, weld, or fasten steel components as required
  • Install insulation, siding, trim, and other building materials
  • Safely operate aerial lifts, forklifts, hoists, and other construction equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area while following OSHA and jobsite safety standards
  • Work with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience erecting metal buildings, structural steel, or related commercial construction
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying outdoor weather conditions
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
