Key Responsibilities
  • Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in reducing tension and achieving emotional stability.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ unique stressors, therapeutic challenges, and personal objectives, shaping customized mindfulness plans accordingly.
  • Lead one-on-one therapy sessions where you guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques, all aimed at improving self-awareness and emotional balance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Oregon.
  • In-depth comprehension of mindfulness practices; experience with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) methodologies is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
