Work Environment

Our outpatient clinic uses various telehealth tools to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring seamless communication and interaction with clients and team members alike. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resource availability.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation, outlining specific goals and therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, providing safety planning as required.
  • Maintain ethical and legal standards in documentation, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and accurately reflect care provided.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing clients' understanding and coping strategies.
