Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining opportunities for work, providing estimates for ACM’s services, maintaining client relationships, & data entry, amongst other related tasks. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
·       Utilize the ACM Bid Templates (Excel) to create estimates for ACM’s services.
·       Send estimates (in PDF format) to customers directly via email.
·       Maintain complete and accurate information in the CRM for each of your assigned projects.
·       Track all correspondence & sent files between yourself & customers in the CRM.
·       Attend weekly Estimating & Admin meetings.
·       Maintain relationships with existing clients assigned to you via phone call & email.
·       Solicit work from existing clients assigned to you.
·       Answer customer questions regarding your estimates or ACM’s services.
·       Search for potential project leads.
·       Participate in “Pre-Con” meetings as a consultant to other admin personnel as needed.
·       Schedule site walks between customers & project/account supervisors as needed.
·       Request quotes from subcontractors as needed.
·       Schedule services between customers & subcontractors as needed.
·       Remain aware of current State, Federal, & Union prevailing wage rates.
·       Maintain an organized personal folder in the company Dropbox.
Tools Required: 
As a remote role, there are several necessary tools that an Estimator must have in order to succeed.
·       Computer with current operating systems 
·       Internet (reliable connection) 
·       Cloud storage capabilities 
·       Microsoft Office
·       Smart Phone
 Skills Required:
·       Basic accounting 
·       Microsoft Excel proficiency
·       Moderate skill in other Microsoft Office applications
·       Familiarity with basic financial institutions & insurance company functions

·       Ability to meet deadlines consistently
·       Independent motivation
 Schedule:
·       Shift Length: 2-4 hours a day
·       Work Schedule: Monday – Friday during the operational hours of 8am to 4:30pm (PST)
·       Overtime is not permitted.
·       You will be required to clock in when working & clock out for ½ hour lunch each shift over 5 hours.
