• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to deliver a holistic approach to treatment that emphasizes shared knowledge and best practices.
• Provide weekly sessions using synchronous live video technology, offering personalized, evidence-based care to adults with a diverse array of emotional and psychological disorders.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and therapy progress measures to develop and adapt individual treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives tailored support.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which is equipped with sophisticated digital tools for organized and efficient record-keeping.
• Engage in regular consultations and receive support from our experienced Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring you always have access to guidance and mentorship.
• Diagnose mental health disorders in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM V) standards and draft treatment plans that encapsulate standard practice guidelines.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy to maximize the effectiveness of counseling sessions.

You will primarily work with a diverse adult clientele experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and interpersonal relationship challenges. A commitment to culturally responsive care will be essential as you engage with clients from varied backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and respect in all therapeutic interactions.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• An active independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Candidates holding multiple state licenses will be viewed favorably.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering mental health treatment, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.
• A tech-savvy approach, embracing the integration of digital solutions into clinical practice for enhanced efficiency and client engagement.

• Prior experience working in a remote setting and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Solid understanding of and ability to apply various therapeutic modalities, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• A genuine interest in ongoing professional development and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in mental health treatment.

• Attractive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
