Insurance Sales Representative (Hybrid Remote) - State Farm Agent Team Member
Location: North Dallas, TX
Job Type: Full-Time Hybrid Remote
Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a rewarding career with growth potential? A successful State Farm agency in North Dallas is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and providing outstanding customer service. If you are driven, organized, and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most, we'd love to hear from you.
Hybrid Work Schedule
  • This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
  • Work remotely when the agent is in the office.
  • Work onsite at our North Dallas office on scheduled days when the agent is away from the office.
  • Attend occasional in-person meetings, training, and team events as needed.
  • Candidates must live within commuting distance of North Dallas and be able to report to the office when required.
What You'll Do
  • Develop insurance quotes and sales proposals.
  • Conduct needs-based sales conversations.
  • Present insurance solutions and close sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with prospects, leads, and existing customers.
  • Generate referrals and networking opportunities.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Identify additional products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

Qualifications
Required
  • Active Property & Casualty License, or willingness to obtain before employment
  • Ability to work both remotely and in-office as required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, dependable, and ethical work habits
  • Ability to meet sales goals and performance expectations
Preferred
  • State Farm agency experience
  • Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Insurance industry experience
