The remote aspect may be temporary or permanent, depending on the employer's policies. Be sure to clarify with the employer if remote work is ongoing or if there are plans to transition to in-person work later.

What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule in jobs generally refers to a probation period of three months during which an employer evaluates a new employee's performance and suitability for the role. During this time, employees may have limited job security and benefits, and employers can terminate employment with minimal notice if expectations are not met. This period helps both parties assess fit before confirming permanent employment.

Job description

About Taste Salud

Taste Salud is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the country, offering functional drink mixes inspired by the nostalgic flavors of traditional agua frescas. Our four product lines—Hydration + Immunity, Energy + Focus, Calm + Sleep, and Greens + Superfoods—are crafted to support everyday wellness in a way that tastes as good as it feels.

Founded in Los Angeles in 2021 by Josh Leyva and Tyler McCann, Salud has quickly gained national recognition and is now available at major retailers including Target, Walmart, CVS, and more. As we continue to scale across e-commerce and retail, we’re building a team of driven people who want to help shape one of the most exciting and culturally relevant brands in health and wellness.

About the Role

We’re hiring a paid Operations Coordinator to join our team starting in June and get hands-on experience with the backend functions that keep a fast-growing CPG brand running. You’ll work alongside our Operations team to keep our website merchandised, our product samples inspected, and our shipments and ERP records on track.

A meaningful part of this role is also helping us bring more automation and AI into how we run operations—identifying repetitive tasks, testing new tools, and helping us build smarter, faster workflows. If you’ve experimented with automations or AI tools and are excited to put them to work in a real business, you’ll have plenty of room to do that here.

This is a strong fit for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who wants to be in the day-to-day of a modern wellness brand and play a hands-on role in the operations behind a brand you can find on shelves at Target, Walmart, and CVS. You’ll work closely with our Operations team, own real pieces of work, and have plenty of room to make this role your own.

What You’ll Do

  • Review Shopify merchandising and update listings based on our SOPs
  • Inspect product samples for quality and flag issues to the Operations team
  • Track shipments from our manufacturer—confirm orders have shipped on time and monitor shipments in progress
  • Log shipment receipts into our Cin7 ERP system to keep inventory accurate
  • Help us identify, test, and roll out automations and AI tools that make our operations workflows faster and more reliable
  • Pitch in on cross-functional operations projects as they come up

Who You Are

  • Recent graduate preferred (any field of study welcome—we’re looking for the right person, not a specific major); no prior experience required for this role
  • Comfortable in Microsoft Excel and eager to sharpen those skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a manner that is prompt and timely
  • Comfortable picking up new tools like Shopify and ERP systems; prior experience isn’t required
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools or AI is a strong plus
  • Excited about health and wellness products
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the kind of ownership mindset that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

What You’ll Get

  • A paid role with a competitive hourly rate
  • A flexible, fully remote schedule (starting at ~20 hours/week, with room to grow into more hours and a potential full-time role)
  • Real ownership of operational workflows at a fast-scaling CPG brand
  • Unlimited access to Salud products to keep you hydrated and focused
  • A meaningful professional development opportunity at one of the fastest growing brands in the industry

Role Details

  • Start date: June 2026
  • Compensation: $20 per hour
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Schedule: Part-time, ~20 hours per week (flexible), with the opportunity to grow into more hours and eventually a full-time role

Work Environment

This is a fully remote role. While we collaborate closely as a team, we don’t operate out of a central office, so you’ll need a reliable workspace and the self-direction to manage your time well.

Note: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
