• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, providing ethical and compassionate support to clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently is mandatory, which may include:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or any disciplinary actions on your record.
• High-level interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic disposition are essential.
• A strong familiarity with digital platforms and technology, including counseling software, to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.

• Prior experience in mental health counseling with a focus on solution-based therapy is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a remote or telehealth setting is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse client populations.

• Starting salary range of USD 90,000 - 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
