Job Description:
Support a fast-paced go-to-market (GTM) transformation program by driving coordination, documentation, and execution across cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily/weekly working sessions with GTM leadership and stakeholders
  • Capture, synthesize, and distribute meeting notes, decisions, and action items
  • Maintain program documentation (status reports, RAID logs, dashboards)
  • Coordinate follow-ups with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams
  • Track dependencies across multiple GTM-related workstreams
  • Identify risks/blockers and escalate to program leadership
  • Support weekly program board meetings and status reporting cadence
  • Translate meeting transcripts into polished, executive-ready summaries
  • Assist with content updates and internal communications across stakeholders
  • Utilize tools like Monday.com, AI tools (e.g., Claude), and Salesforce (light use)

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
    • 2 years of project management experience
    • Exposure to go-to-market (GTM), product launch, or sales/marketing initiatives
    • Experience in software, technology, or information services industries
    • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Sales, RevOps)
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to track action items and follow-ups
    • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar)
    • Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
    • Experience working in organizations with 100 employees
  • Nice-to-Haves:
