• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health needs through video consultations.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized, person-centered treatment plans that promote recovery.
• Assist clients in building coping skills, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and improving communication skills through tailored intervention strategies.
• Provide life skills training, including daily living skills, financial management, and community resource navigation.
• Educate clients on available community services, advocate for their needs, and help establish connections to these resources.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment strategies, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

The primary client population for this role includes adults aged 18 and older, who may face challenges maintaining independence and stability due to various mental health conditions. Our approach is client-centered, focusing on their unique circumstances and needs. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their personal goals and sustain their mental health and overall well-being.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health services.
• Ability to work autonomously without supervision and possess a clean disciplinary record related to licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and professionalism in interactions with clients.
• Proficient computer skills with experience navigating telehealth platforms.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet for optimal teletherapy sessions.

• Experience with community health initiatives and understanding of local resources.
• Skill in using various therapeutic techniques to assist clients in developing life-enhancing skills.
• Knowledge of current trends in mental health treatment and best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include weekly direct deposit, health insurance, and a sign-on bonus.
