Your Impact on our Mission 

We are looking for a Staff Software engineer who can join our Care Access Network team to help us deliver an industry leading package of services to healthcare clients of all sizes, enabling us to expand into new markets and continue to grow our impact. This engineer will help us build our external API and MCP servers that will enable millions of patients to find care wherever they are, along with other improving partnerships and integrations with Google, review websites, insurance payors, and more. This role provides a combination of exciting technical challenges like scalability and AI development, with product challenges requiring tight collaboration with our Product, Design, and business development teams to deliver the best experience possible.

  • Meaningful experience across 7+ years, architecting full-stack solutions spanning backend APIs, AWS-based infrastructure, and React systems that are modular, reusable, and leveraged across teams
  • Leveraged large language model (LLM) systems to transform raw user data into actionable insights, powering intelligent and personalized features
  • Driven engineering excellence through best-in-class practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, and system performance optimization
  • Mentored and collaborated across distributed teams, promoting strong technical foundations, clear communication, and an inclusive, innovative engineering culture
