Gunderson Dettmer has an opening for a Systems Integration Developer. This position will design, develop, and maintain integration and automation workflows between enterprise systems. The role involves using tools like Dell Boomi, Microsoft Copilot Studio, PowerShell, and SQL, this role will ensure smooth data flow across platforms, support AI-driven automation, and work closely with internal teams to optimize business operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, including intranet portals, communication sites, team sites, and related content management solutions to support business collaboration and information sharing.

  • Lead SharePoint site architecture, customization, and enhancements, including custom web parts, workflows, integrations, branding, navigation, and user experience improvements using Microsoft 365 technologies.

  • Design and maintain integrations across cloud and on-premises systems using Boomi.

  • Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents and business automation in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

  • Develop and manage data pipelines using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.

  • Build custom solutions using C#, .NET, PowerShell.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly, scalable workflows.

  • Support and troubleshoot integrations and automation processes.

  • Ensure secure, efficient Azure-hosted environments and enforce best practices for data privacy and compliance.

  • Define, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows that align with business requirements.

Technical Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is required. An equivalent combination of education, relevant certifications, and practical experience will also be considered.

  • Proficiency with Dell Boomi, C#, .NET, and PowerShell for building system integrations.

  • Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures, reporting, SSIS/SSRS)

  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise workflows and data automations.

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents / Power Platform AI tools) to build and train AI agents.

  • Experience integrating Copilot agents with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Dataverse, Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.

  • Ability to use natural language authoring, variable/condition logic, and event triggers in Copilot workflows.

  • Ability to build robust data models and reporting pipelines.

  • Familiarity with Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure AD, Data Factory, SQL, App Services, DevOps, and Application Insights for integration, deployment automation, and performance monitoring.

  • Familiarity with legal industry platforms: Intapp, Aderant Expert, iManage Work, Litera Compare, Clean, Peppermint (CRM product) is a huge plus.

The annualized base salary range for this position is expected to be $150,000.00-$180,000.00. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location.
