Job description

Senior Business Configurations Analyst needed to join a growing team! This position will work closely with existing customers supporting their new requirements, and fitting their data with the company suite of products.
Need someone who enjoys solving software puzzles and who has good data skills (Excel, SQL, etc...). Also need a customer-focused Analyst who can participate in customer meetings.

Position Details
  • This role is primarily technical in configuring customer data onto our eComm platform and suite of products
    • Taking inbound data of many different formats (csv/Excel, SQL, JSON, txt, word, pdf etc...) and configuring the data
  • The role is also interpersonal - participating in as needed meetings when onboarding customers, working with multiple internal teams
  • Logistics and technical support of multiple customers leading them through the onboarding/configuration process
  • Ensure each customer can access and utilize the product to its maximum value
  • Partner cross-departmentally with Customer Service/Success team members and engineers as needed to execute setup/configuration
  • Proactively communicate with Sales Team, Customer Service Team, and the customer to plan and maintain support schedule in line with Service Agreements
  • Engage with customers during onboarding process, answering questions and troubleshooting issues
  • Communicate customer feedback to engineering team and collaborate to troubleshoot and improve product/customer journey
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify gaps in customer support processes
  • Leverage Jira to track customer issues and requests with other departments
  • Recognize support trends and suggest optimizations that may improve the customer success

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Technical work with customer and/or user data - 7+ years
  • Competent understanding of data workflows such as how data interfaces with front end and backend systems
  • Fluent experience working with some or all of the following data types (csv/Excel, SQL, JSON, txt, word, pdf, pl/sql)
  • Competent experience working with some or all of the following backend systems (SQL Server, Oracle, Mongodb)
  • Require experience working with internal or external customers to solve technical requirements
  • Proven ability to partner and communicate clearly with customers through complex processes and engagements
  • Technical customer and/or user support - 5+ years
  • Proficient in use of Jira, or similar collaboration tool(s)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time
  • Proven ability to collaborate with other business and technical teams, such as product teams, business intelligence teams and software engineering teams.
  • Some programming experience would be highly beneficial

Desired Qualifications (not required but preferred)
  • Experienced in working with self-service SaaS solutions
  • HTML and CSS development experience
  • TMS experience, particularly Google Tag Manager
  • Telecommunications and/or eCommerce experience
  • Experience supporting corporate customers
