WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance.

WWPS is seeking candidates local to the Phoenix area for Data Analyst openings supporting a national Advanced Work Packaging program for a confidential hyperscale construction client. These roles will support the rollout and expansion of AWP processes across multiple large scale campus projects throughout the United States.

These positions are remote with regular travel to active project sites. Candidates based in Phoenix are strongly preferred. We expect to hire multiple Data Analysts for this program, with 3-6 openings anticipated. The first candidate start date is expected in late August 2026.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical, organizational, communication, and technical skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction program environment. This person should be comfortable supporting data structure, reporting workflows, dashboards, and integrated project information across planning, scheduling, work packaging, resources, procurement, and construction execution.

The right candidate will help the AWP and project delivery teams organize information, improve data collection processes, track program adoption, and develop reporting tools that support better decision making across multiple project sites. Experience with large data sets, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI, and construction project reporting is highly preferred. Prior experience supporting data center, mission critical, industrial, advanced manufacturing, or large commercial construction projects is a strong plus.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models to track AWP program data, construction progress, resource planning, procurement status, schedule alignment, and work package readiness
  • Support the rollout of Advanced Work Packaging processes across multiple active project campuses
  • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze project data from internal and external stakeholders
  • Integrate data from planning, schedule, procurement, resource, construction, and project controls systems to support program analytics
  • Develop indicators that show current project status, forecasted performance, trends, adoption progress, and potential areas of risk
  • Support AWP leadership, project controls teams, and construction leadership with reporting that improves visibility into program performance
  • Build tools that allow users to extract, analyze, and report project information more efficiently
  • Support business processes used to collect required data from multiple project teams and site stakeholders
  • Create visuals, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership, project teams, and client facing reporting
  • Assist with data cleanup, reporting standardization, documentation, and administrative data management tasks
  • Help identify gaps in reporting workflows and recommend practical improvements

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of direct Data Analytics professional experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred, including formulas, data transfer, visuals, pivot tables, and VBA
  • Experience working with large data sets and structuring data for reporting and analysis
  • Ability to organize information from multiple sources and turn it into clear, useful reporting
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential project documents and information with professionalism
  • Self-starter who identifies issues, creates solutions, and acts on facts
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and support multiple stakeholders
  • Customer focused mindset with a commitment to meeting project and program expectations
  • Ability to travel to project sites across the United States as needed

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting data center, mission critical, industrial, advanced manufacturing construction projects
  • Experience with Advanced Work Packaging, workface planning, project controls, schedule reporting, procurement tracking, or construction progress reporting
  • Experience building dashboards or integrated reports for construction leadership teams
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, project delivery workflows, and field reporting processes
  • General understanding of project scheduling software, including Primavera P6, is a plus
  • Experience supporting fast paced, large scale construction programs across multiple locations

Location

These positions are remote with travel to project sites throughout the United States. We are seeking candidates local to the Phoenix area.
