Job Title: Splunk & Power BI Developer Location: Remote About the Role We are seeking a results‐driven data professional with strong hands‐on experience in Splunk dashboarding and proficiency in Power BI to enhance our data analytics and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain actionable dashboards that empower data‐driven decision‐making and operational efficiency across business functions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and manage advanced Splunk dashboards to visualize system, application, and security data. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective dashboard solutions. Build and optimize Splunk alerts, reports, and visualizations for performance, scalability, and user experience.

Develop and maintain Power BI reports for business analytics and ad‐hoc insights. Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, log files) into Splunk and Power BI environments. Ensure data quality, reliability, and timeliness within analytics pipelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies or dashboard performance issues. Provide user training and documentation for Splunk and Power BI tools. Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands‐on experience with Splunk dashboarding (SPL queries, report creation, dashboard optimization).
