Location: Remote (USA)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Visa Type: U.S. Citizen  (Must be eligible to obtain U.S. Security Clearance)

Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 7+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or DevOps

✔ Strong hands-on experience administering Splunk Enterprise and/or Splunk Cloud

✔ Strong expertise in Splunk SPL for log analysis, dashboards, alerts, and reporting

✔ Experience with Elasticsearch, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Prometheus, Grafana, Grafana Tempo, OpenTelemetry, Distributed Tracing, and Kafka

✔ Experience designing and implementing modern observability platforms using metrics, logs, and traces

✔ Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

✔ Proficiency in Python, Go, Ruby, or Bash for automation and platform engineering

✔ Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes environments

✔ Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms

✔ Experience developing dashboards, alerts, analytics, and trace visualizations using Splunk SPL, Grafana, Kibana, and Tempo

✔ Experience automating infrastructure deployments using Terraform and configuration management tools

✔ Experience supporting FedRAMP or other highly regulated environments

✔ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills
