Remote Spirit Airlines Ramp Agent information

What is a Remote Spirit Airlines ramp agent?

Remote Spirit Airlines Ramp Agents are employees who assist with ground operations at airport locations for Spirit Airlines, often working in roles that support aircraft arrivals and departures. Their responsibilities typically include loading and unloading baggage, guiding planes in and out of gates, and ensuring aircraft are serviced and ready for flight. While the term 'remote' may refer to working at various airport locations rather than the main hub, these positions usually require physical presence on the tarmac. Ramp agents play a crucial role in maintaining flight schedules and safety standards for airline operations.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a Remote Spirit Airlines ramp agent?

To excel as a Remote Spirit Airlines Ramp Agent, you need knowledge of safe aircraft handling, baggage and cargo procedures, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with airline-specific software, handheld scanners, and ground service equipment is typically required. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for this role. These competencies ensure efficient ground operations, prevent safety incidents, and support smooth airline logistics.

As a Remote Spirit Airlines Ramp Agent, you may encounter challenges such as coordinating with on-site teams to ensure timely aircraft turnaround, maintaining clear communication in a fast-paced environment, and adapting to changing schedules or weather conditions. Since the role is remote, staying organized and proactive in managing tasks is essential, as you may not have immediate physical support. Familiarizing yourself with airline protocols, ramp safety procedures, and digital communication tools can help you excel and collaborate effectively with both on-site and off-site colleagues.

Job description

Remote Health Insurance Agent 1099 Commission + Residuals Leads Provided
Let's be honest: most insurance agencies won't say this. The majority of new agents quit within 90 days. Not because they can't sell, but because they weren't given a real system, real support, or a clear picture of what it takes to succeed early on.
We give you all three.
This is NOT for you if:
  • You need a guaranteed paycheck regardless of performance
  • You want to "test the waters" without fully committing
  • You're not open to daily coaching and accountability

This IS for you if:
  • You're tired of your income being capped
  • You want to build a book of business that pays you long-term
  • You're ready to bet on yourself within a proven system

What We Provide
  • Warm leads and booked appointments at no upfront cost; you pay nothing until you close
  • Fully built CRM, dialer, and proven sales process
  • Scripts refined from 2,100+ closed policies
  • Hands-on, daily coaching and support
  • Step-by-step onboarding so you always know what to do next
  • Contracts with 26+ carriers across health, life, and supplemental products

How You Ramp
  • First days: you start as an appointment setter, booking appointments for our closers and learning the leads and the conversations. You earn a setter's fee for every appointment you book that closes.
  • Weeks 1 to 2: while you book, you complete our 2-week training program, running structured call blocks six days per week, following our script word-for-word.
  • After training: you pass a recorded pitch assessment, then book your own appointments and close them yourself. You move to our structured draw model, based on a points program, plus full commissions and residuals on your own closes.

Licensing
An active health or life license (any state) is preferred, but not required to apply. Not licensed yet? You can still apply, but you'll need your home state license before training begins (most people complete it in 1 to 3 weeks). We also have systems in place to help you get your future state licenses faster for those who do not yet have the 5-10 state licenses needed for the sales stage of training.
What You Can Earn
  • $40K to $80K typical first-year range for consistent agents
  • Established full-time producers earn $8,000 to $15,000/month
  • Top producers exceed $20,000/month, plus residual income on active policies
  • 1099, commission-based, uncapped

These are real results from our current team, not projections.
What You'll Need
  • Full-time availability, six-day call blocks during ramp-up
  • Computer (Intel i5 or better, 16GB RAM), headset, and reliable internet (wired ethernet preferred; strong Wi-Fi or a USB internet dongle also acceptable)
  • Financial runway during ramp-up

Note: candidates under immediate financial pressure typically struggle early. We want you set up to succeed.
Next Step
Apply now to receive an invitation to our next live virtual info session. In 30 minutes, you'll see the numbers, hear from current agents, and decide if this is the right fit. Selected candidates move to a one-on-one interview after the session.
Requirements
Active health or life insurance license preferred; unlicensed applicants accepted but must obtain their home state license before training begins. Tech: Intel i5+, 16GB RAM, reliable internet (wired ethernet preferred, strong Wi-Fi or USB internet dongle acceptable).
Benefits
Uncapped commission with residual income. Leads provided at no upfront cost.
