We are seeking a Multi-Media Communications Specialist II to conceptualize, design, and produce a variety of multimedia marketing materials that promote Altra's brand, products, services, and culture. This role will create compelling content that enhances brand awareness, engages audiences, and supports Altra's marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and production for marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Design multimedia content for digital, social, web, email, and in-branch marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that support business objectives
  • Manage website and digital content to ensure a fresh, engaging member experience
  • Coordinate projects with external vendors and support marketing events as needed
  • Stay on top of emerging media trends and bring fresh ideas to Altra's marketing efforts
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of equivalent industry experience required
  • High School diploma, GED or HSED is required
  • A two-year degree in graphic design preferred
Skills amp; Abilities

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

  • FAA Part 107 Drone License and drone experience preferred
Availability
  • This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; between the operating hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Position may require support for events during evening hours and weekends as necessary.
Work Environment
  • This position is located at Altra’s Operations Center in Onalaska, WI. While this role is primarily onsite, remote work opportunities may be considered in the future following a period of successful employment.

  • Competitive starting hourly pay, based on previous experience
  • When bilingual in Spanish or Hmong, receive a $1.00 per hour pay premium after completing and passing a language exam.
