Hollow Haven Counselling is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified Mental Health Counselor with a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential to join our esteemed Behavioral Health Team. • Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of your assigned clientele.
• Perform assessments and provide counseling services to children and families who meet medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria, ensuring every client's needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
• Design and facilitate engaging psycho-educational programs, parenting classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing community understanding of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including client case materials and program forms, while adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Complete all necessary clinical charting and reports promptly to facilitate continuity of care and billing processes.
• Meet contractual obligations by achieving specified billing hours to ensure the clinic's financial sustainability and support future service expansion.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, primarily focusing on children and their families. Our clients often face a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Providing culturally competent care and establishing strong therapeutic alliances will be crucial in guiding them toward recovery and improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Sound organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to lead initiatives related to client care and documentation.

• Experience in providing therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline clinical documentation.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or psycho-educational activities focused on improving public mental health literacy.
