Position Overview: LCG is seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect / Senior Developer an opportunity supporting the assessment, design, development, and modernization of enterprise business applications built on Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business processes into efficient application workflows.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices when designing Power Apps interfaces.
  • Improve application usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Develop reusable components and design patterns that provide consistency across solutions.

  • Integrate generative AI capabilities into Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise applications.
  • Design prompt patterns and grounding strategies that improve response quality, consistency, and relevance.

Integration and Modernization

  • Define integration strategies between Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure services, SQL Server, Dataverse, and enterprise applications.
  • Evaluate existing .NET applications and recommend appropriate modernization approaches.
  • Design REST APIs, custom connectors, and integration services where appropriate.
  • Recommend modernization approaches for legacy SharePoint, Nintex, InfoPath, or custom applications where applicable.
  • Support SharePoint Online integrations when required, but Power Platform remains the primary technology focus.

Governance and Delivery

  • Establish Power Platform governance, environment strategy, security, and application lifecycle management practices.
  • Define development, testing, deployment, source control, and CI/CD standards.
  • Review application quality, scalability, maintainability, and security.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project leadership to ensure successful delivery.
