As a member of our remote-first clinical team, you will leverage advanced technology to deliver high-quality care and maintain effective communication with team members and patients. • Provide individualized and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and effective virtual environment for clients to share their experiences.
• Design and implement patient-centered treatment plans based on thorough assessments and a robust understanding of client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being.
• Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain up-to-date, confidential client documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities, fostering continuous learning and adherence to the highest ethical standards.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Our focus is on holistic, individualized care strategies that empower clients to progress in their mental health journey. The telehealth setting provides an opportunity to reach underserved populations across Massachusetts, making a significant impact on their accessibility to mental health resources.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LICSW license in Massachusetts, ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working in a clinical environment, demonstrating practical knowledge and application of mental health treatment.
• Proficiency in psychological diagnosis, assessment techniques, and treatment planning methodologies to effectively tailor interventions to individual client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering ethically sound and empathetic care.

• Experience working within a telehealth framework and familiarity with virtual care systems.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Skills in community outreach and engagement, particularly in building therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
