• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments via virtual platforms, using state-of-the-art specialized software designed for seamless teletherapy.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions with clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, adapting traditional methods to suit the digital format.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and treatment plans, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in routine team meetings through conference calls to discuss cases, share insights, and collaboratively devise treatment strategies for enhanced patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions focused on best practices in digital counseling services, staying updated on the latest research and techniques.
• Contribute innovative ideas aimed at improving program effectiveness, while adhering to regulatory requirements governing telemedicine practices.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and experience a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role is pivotal in providing tailored therapeutic approaches that address their unique needs, helping them navigate life's challenges and fostering resilience.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license or certification appropriate for providing psychotherapeutic treatment in the state of California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting working directly with clients facing emotional challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in engaging with clients through virtual platforms such as Zoom or Skype.
