Nurtured Mind Wellness and Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to provide exceptional, patient-centered mental health services. The full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work setting while engaging with a supportive multidisciplinary team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, ensuring safety and identifying any risk factors, including suicide and self-harm assessments.
• Facilitate therapeutic counseling sessions encompassing individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Manage and document all therapeutic activities, including group notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements using our established systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute discharge plans that support client transitions and post-discharge follow-ups.
• Lead psychoeducational groups aimed at equipping clients and families with coping strategies and knowledge about mental health.
• Regularly update treatment plans and attend treatment planning meetings to assess progress and align interventions with clients' evolving needs.

The client base at Nurtured Mind Wellness and Therapy spans various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our counselors employ culturally sensitive approaches to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and relevance in therapeutic practices.

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and unencumbered license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) is mandatory for practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients and documentation.
• Ability to manage and promptly submit all necessary documentation related to client services.
• Proven capability to maintain professional boundaries while establishing rapport with clients.
• A commitment to serving a diverse client population with sensitivity to cultural differences.
• Successful completion of a background check is required for all candidates.

• Previous experience in a community health or clinical setting will be considered a significant asset.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation software to streamline patient management including tracking progress and outcomes.
• Experience in group facilitation and psychoeducation is highly desirable.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
