• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to establish personalized treatment plans tailored specifically for each client.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients gain insights, develop coping skills, and foster resilience.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and industry standards, ensuring the highest level of professional, ethical practice.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance care quality across the organization.
• Educate clients and their families on the client’s mental health conditions and recovery process while equipping them with resources and support networks from the community.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health research and incorporate findings into your practice, offering clients the most effective and up-to-date treatment options available.

You will work closely with a diverse array of patients, addressing mental health conditions that range from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Your role will be crucial in supporting individuals from various backgrounds, creating an environment where everyone feels heard, understood, and empowered to engage in their recovery.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong proficiency in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and customizing treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships effectively.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate the complexities of patient care and guide clients toward achieving their treatment goals.
• A commitment to collaborative teamwork, valuing the input of colleagues and maintaining a growth-focused environment.

• Experience in a community health or outpatient setting is highly desirable to understand the diverse needs of the patient population.
• Proficiency with mental health software systems used for documentation and patient management, enhancing efficiency in clinical workflows.
• Prior experience in group therapy settings and facilitating workshops or support groups is preferred to further enhance client engagement.

• Attractive salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
