• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health needs and provide insightful analyses.

You will work closely with clients managing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use issues, requiring a versatile approach that considers each person’s context and cultural background. Your role is pivotal in fostering trust and rapport, which are essential components in facilitating effective therapy outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated success in diverse therapeutic modalities.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, crisis intervention techniques, and culturally responsive therapy practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and related software to document client interactions and care plans efficiently.

• Experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions in an online format, adapting techniques effectively to a remote setting.
• A background in utilizing evidence-based practices and staying abreast of new therapeutic approaches and innovations in mental health care.
• Experience in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and treatment efficacy.
