WORKFLOW SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT (WSC) @ ACDI
This individual supports ACDI’s mission, vision, and core values while helping drive workflow-focused growth within an assigned territory and across other ACDI regions. The Workflow Solutions Consultant plays an active role in account strategy, solution adoption, and long-term customer success by partnering closely with other Account Managers, Regional Leadership, dealer partners, customers, etc. While not a quota-carrying sales role, this position serves as a trusted workflow advisor throughout the full lifecycle of a solution, from discovery and design to implementation, expansion, and post-sale success.
ACDI’S WORKFLOW SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive workflow and ScanShare solution growth through a combination of technical pre-sales support, partner enablement, account engagement, and opportunity development within assigned territories and across ACDI regions
Support ACDI staff and dealer partners on pre-sales workflow and solution-related engagements
Engage prospects and partners in discovery and assessment meetings to understand current workflows, requirements, and technical environments
Design, demonstrate, and position workflow solutions that align with customer needs and business outcomes
Provide pre-sales support for complex and/or larger workflow opportunities
Perform solution demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (including demo installs), and presentations both online and onsite
Draft supporting documentation related to workflow solutions, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), workflow diagrams, Visio/network diagrams, and other supporting materials
Attend appointments in-office or in the field, including but not limited to pre- and post-sales meetings, demos, webinars, partner reviews, tradeshows, vendor events, and training sessions
Train dealer partners, sales teams, and support staff on ScanShare and workflow solutions, best practices, and use cases
Coach partners on discovery, solution positioning, and workflow-focused selling strategies
Support onboarding and ongoing development of new and existing partners to increase solution adoption and effectiveness
Work across multiple departments to ensure workflow solutions are implemented successfully, documented properly, and continuously improved
Oversee aspects of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation support, and quality assurance
Act as a technical and workflow advisor to clients and partners during implementations and complex engagements
Provide post-sale guidance and recommendations to ensure client understanding, solution uptime, and overall satisfaction
Assist with bid proposals and administrative documentation related to workflow opportunities when needed
Maintain accurate documentation of activities, opportunities, and pipeline related to workflow solutions within Zoho CRM
Maintain a complete understanding of and adhere to all ACDI policies, procedures, and processes
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training events, workshops, vendor sessions, and reviewing relevant publications
Contribute to team efforts and perform related duties as needed
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 to 5+ years of experience in workflow solutions, solution consulting, technical pre-sales, partner management, or related roles
Experience within print, document management, or workflow automation environments strongly preferred
Experience presenting to executive-level management required
Strong professional communication skills (phone, email, and in-person), problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, technical capacity, and collaboration
Hands-on experience with CRM systems; familiarity with Zoho applications is a plus
Ability to communicate technical information in layman’s terms for training and solution rollout purposes
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize work, and manage multiple engagements
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company or customer information
TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Proficiency with Windows environments (Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025, including Active Directory)
Basic networking concepts and topology
Virtualized environments and remote desktop support
Basic understanding of SQL, XML, MS, Mac, iOS, and Android environments
Online collaboration tools
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Zoho applications sets you apart
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
Ability to travel up to 25–40% annually, including commercial air travel
May be required to furnish a passport or other identity documents for international travel
