• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, leveraging tools from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to develop personalized treatment plans that consider cultural diversity and the specific needs of our diverse patient population.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of client progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies as needed to effectively support mental health objectives and improve overall patient outcomes.
• Document all clinical interactions, treatment records, and reports timely and accurately, adhering to regulatory requirements while utilizing current technology platforms to facilitate efficient information sharing.
• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to design comprehensive treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences, ensuring that all care strategies align with agreed-upon outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals to additional resources and specialists, fostering strong partnerships with treatment providers to enhance continuity of care and support patient needs effectively.
• Provide education and mentorship to students, interns, and new team members, enhancing their learning experience within the clinical setting and promoting professional development.
• Engage in clinical supervision, including peer reviews and collaborative case discussions, to refine treatment strategies and foster a supportive team environment.

The primary focus of this role is on clients who have been diagnosed with cancer, along with their families. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy, compassion, and effective communication with patients and their families.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and treatment documentation software.

• Previous experience providing therapy to cancer patients or in a similar health-related field.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to mental health care.
• Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, providing insights and sharing responsibility for patient care.

West Bridgeway Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level.
