Job Description: 

  • Build and maintain tools and integrations to support internal business operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team leads to investigate requirements and propose technical solutions
  • Own primarily responsibility for NetSuite customizations and integrations
  • Write clean, maintainable code that follows company best practices, including version control and cloud-centric deployment
  • Develop and troubleshoot existing codebase leaning on AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude)
  • Work with APIs to connect adjacent systems (Okta, ADP, Google, Salesforce) and to automate data flows
  • Participate in code reviews to improve quality and maintainability
  • Debug production issues and proposes fixes that prevent recurrence
  • Demonstrate growing awareness of compliance, auditability, and security requirements in implementation
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automation, and advocate for their adoption
  • Author technical documentation for peers

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a software engineering or systems integration role.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript and/or Python.
  • Experience interfacing with third-party applications, APIs, and data structures.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer Science degree or relevant experience
  • Background in building internal dashboards or custom logic layers from scratch.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000 - $167,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
