We are looking for an experienced Cloverleaf Integration Engineer, who will be responsible for the development, implementation, administration, monitoring, and support of healthcare interfaces utilizing Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite. This position serves as an experienced interface engineer capable of independently designing, building, troubleshooting, and optimizing HL7, X12, FHIR, and API-based integrations between Epic and third-party applications.

The Cloverleaf Integration Engineer collaborates closely with application teams, infrastructure, vendors, and clinical stakeholders to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable integration solutions that support critical business and patient care operations.

    Interface Development & Implementation
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain healthcare interfaces using Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite.
  • Build, configure, test, and deploy inbound and outbound HL7 interfaces.
  • Develop interface translation logic using Xlate, TPS (Tcl), and Cloverleaf process routing.
  • Configure message routing, filtering, batching, acknowledgements, and error handling.
  • Support interface migrations between development, test, validation, and production environments.
  • Participate in new application implementations and system upgrades.
  • Perform interface unit testing, integrated testing, and production validation
  • Develop and support Epic Bridges interfaces including:
  • ADT, Orders (ORM), Results (ORU), Billing (DFT), Clinical Documentation (MDM), Scheduling (SIU), Master File Notifications (MFN), FHIR APIs, Web Services, Epic Interconnect
  • Collaborate with Epic application analysts during:
  • New implementations, Upgrade testing, Integrated testing, GoLive support, Optimization initiatives
  • Administer and support Cloverleaf environments including:
  • Sites, Threads, Processes, Routes, Protocols, SMAT management, Xlate libraries, TPS libraries, Process scheduling

  • Travel Requirements:
  • This role requires annual travel of up to 25%, which includes mandatory onsite deployment to the client's command center for two weeks during system golives unless the client specifies otherwise. Additionally, you will travel to the client site for three days during postlive followup visits.
