As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the delivery of scoped features and solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and maintain high-quality software systems. This role requires expertise in software development lifecycle, including coding, debugging, and continuous integration, while integrating AI/ML components to enhance platform capabilities. You will contribute to solution design, technical leadership, and innovation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system standards. What you'll do:

• Leadthediscoveryphaseofmediumtolargeprojectsbydevelopinghighleveldesignsinpartnershipwithproductmanagement,projectmanagement,businessstakeholders,anduserexperienceteams,andsecurecrossfunctionalapprovals.
• Leadsmallengineeringgroups(4-6engineers)byprovidingdocumentation,direction,andexamples;identifyingshortandlongtermsolutionsandtimelines;reviewingproposedapproaches;andconductingdesignandcodereviews.
• DesignanddevelopbackendsolutionsusingtechnologiessuchasJava,Python,ApacheSpark,GoogleCloud,Airflow,DataProc,BigQuery,andNoSQLdatabasesincludingCassandraandMongoDB.
• Provideexperttechnicalguidance,drivecrossfunctionalalignment,andexecuteactionplansthatsupportcustomerandbusinessneeds.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
