We are seeking a Lead Analytics Product Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise analytics products that support executive decision-making across the organization. This role will serve as the bridge between business leaders, analytics teams, and technology partners to define product strategy, prioritize investments, and ensure analytics solutions deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with a passion for data, analytics, and customer engagement. They will own product roadmaps, drive cross-functional alignment, and guide products from concept through adoption and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise analytics products.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Lead prioritization of product enhancements, new capabilities, and technical investments.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple analytics, data engineering, and technology teams.
- Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, and training activities.
- Establish product success metrics and monitor performance to ensure products are delivering intended outcomes.
- Gather customer feedback and continuously refine products based on user needs and organizational priorities.
- Facilitate alignment between business, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

- Champion product management best practices across the analytics organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, business intelligence, healthcare operations, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product requirements and delivery plans.
- Experience working with analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven products.
