Responsibilities
As a committed long-term business partner, we are investing in the future by expanding our Octave BricsCAD® team. The success of our customers and partners is key to us and having local experts available plays an important role.
As our Senior Manager, Pre-sales, you will be tasked with technical leadership to drive our Octave BricsCAD® sales development within the Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) and Manufacturing industries. You will work closely with Octave BricsCAD® HQ teams, Presales teams and our partners.
You will be based in US, in a Remote setup.
Your key responsibilities will include
• Present Octave BricsCAD® products and services to potential clients, identifying specific characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell the products.
• Develop, organize and conduct product training, technical presentations & proof of concept demonstrations for potential customers and for partners
• Build up an in depth understanding and knowledge of the Bricsys products.
• Work closely together with other colleagues to provide technical assistance on qualified sales/marketing opportunities
• Act as a point of contact for partners that develop solutions with an integration to BricsCAD, support them as needed
• Industry engagement to help increase the use and visibility of BricsCAD for professionals and students in the fields of structural engineering, construction, civil & survey engineering and mechanical engineering
• Primary presales point of contact.
• Provide feedback to product development team
Education / Qualifications
• A solid technical background in AEC with degree in engineering / construction, with a first, hands-on experience in design, modelling or engineering
• Genuine interest and curiosity in CAD software. Enjoys discovery and best uses of the tool
• Experience and knowledge of BIM involved in BEP execution, model submission and coordination is a plus
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature
• International mindset
• Availability to travel (up to 30% of your time)
• 8+ years experience in presales engineering ideally within the Infrastructure or Building Construction industry
• Experience in providing training and workshops for Infrastructure or Building Construction related software is a plus
