This role involves mentoring engineers, defining architectural direction, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives. Proven ability to mentor engineers, improve team performance, and drive technical excellence. Strong expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows.
