At Soccer Shots our goal is simple: to be the premier intro-to-soccer program in the East Bay and to do so in such a way that it leaves a lasting impact on the youth we serve.
Soccer Shots works with preschools, daycares, elementary schools and parks throughout Contra Costa County, Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore. We offer a quality, high-energy soccer program with curriculum-based instruction presented in a FUN way! Our creative curriculum emphasizes soccer skills as well as character development, which transcends the game itself.
Soccer Shots East Bay is looking for a new Director to help lead and grow our program. You will work alongside our experienced Assistant Director and owner to continue growing and improving Soccer Shots in the community we serve.

Job Description:
It is the Director's responsibility to manage and direct all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots and to grow and improve the program in our Territory. Directors have the following overall responsibilities:
  1. Prompt, reliable, and professional communication.
  2. Hire, train, and manage a staff of coaches who will uphold a standard of excellence and create a positive reputation for Soccer Shots.
  3. Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual and goals.
  4. Meet seasonal performance goals. Go above and beyond to sell, promote and market our program prior to each season while still maintaining current accounts.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to all customers and partners.
  6. Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity.
  7. Coach high energy and FUN Soccer Shots classes

Role/Classification:
The job description above is a part-time salaried position with the opportunity to become full-time with program growth. Typical/expected working hours are generally between Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm and some Saturday mornings, approximately 8am -12pm. The position may require one to stand, run, walk and communicate in an outdoor environment through duration of work assignment.

  • $35,000 annual salary + commissions / profit sharing
