Job Overview:

Pay Range: $43.00hr - $48.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Snowflake (Data Warehousing & Reporting).
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL (Advanced querying, data validation, analysis).
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems / Business Analysis (Requirements gathering & documentation).
  • 3+ years of experience in Testing (Test strategy, UAT, validation, test case creation).
  • 3+ years of experience with EDI Transactions (Mandatory – 837 Healthcare Encounters).
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis & Reporting (Healthcare / Regulatory reporting preferred).
  • Experience with EDI transactions is a must, especially related to 837 encounters.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Create and execute test strategies, test cases, and validation plans.
  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support Snowflake-based reporting and data analysis efforts.
  • Ensure designs, requirements, and documentation remain aligned throughout delivery.
  • Identify process improvements and proactively address gaps and risks.
  • Develop and maintain training and operational documentation.
