Role Overview
As a Senior Market Infrastructure Software Engineer, you will lead the development of core market infrastructure powering decentralized finance markets. You will design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable systems used by institutional DeFi participants.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain DeFi market infrastructure
  • Develop and scale production-grade Python systems
  • Build tooling, automation, monitoring, and reporting
  • Improve system safety, reliability, and performance
  • Review and harden existing infrastructure
  • Collaborate with protocol, research, and operations teams

  • 5+ years of professional Python experience
  • Strong software architecture and system design skills
  • Experience with testing, type systems, and production systems
  • Ability to read and interact with smart contracts using Python
  • Experience with financial market infrastructure (TradFi, CeFi, or DeFi)
  • Understanding of DeFi protocols and AMMs
