In your role as an LCSW, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services, which include but are not limited to:

• Performing thorough clinical assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities tailored to meet clients' unique needs.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Coordinating with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Engaging in peer review and case consultation meetings to continuously improve the quality of care provided to our clients.
• Offering guidance and education to patients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment options, and community resources available for support.
• Staying informed of the latest research in the mental health field and integrating new findings into your clinical practice.

Our clinic serves a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to work with various populations, providing tailored interventions that respect the unique backgrounds and needs of each client.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in evidence-based, solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client situations.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
