• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with stable, low-acuity adult clients using video conferencing technology.
• Facilitate an open, supportive dialogue with clients to help them explore their feelings, fostering self-insight and healing.
• Assess the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of clients and establish tailored treatment plans informed by solution-focused therapy methodologies.
• Monitor and document client progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments to care plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
• Guide clients in developing coping mechanisms and strategies to help them achieve their personal goals.

You will primarily serve individuals in hospice care, focusing on those who require emotional support as they navigate through profound life transitions. • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory, with no disciplinary actions on the license.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision is required.
