  • 7 days on followed by 14 days off schedule with core shifts of 5:00 p.m.-3:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. EST.
  • Approximately 122 shifts annually (1,220 clinical hours), with additional optional internal moonlighting opportunities available.
  • Subspecialized overnight practice supported by dedicated neuroradiology and body/general workflows.
  • Supported by a collaborative team of 16 overnight radiologists, with seven radiologists working each night.
  • Limited procedural coverage available for onsite positions, including paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar punctures, and fluoroscopic studies.
  • Pediatric subspecialist interpretation provided through a teleradiology service.
  • Partner compensation exceeds the 90th percentile for private practice radiology.
  • Two- or three-year partnership track depending on experience level.
  • Remote and hybrid onsite partner positions available; home workstations provided.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, FSA/HSA, 401(k) with profit sharing, malpractice coverage, disability insurance, student loan repayment assistance, CME allowance, and more.
  • Single-vendor, fully integrated PACS with dedicated clerical support, IT support, and communication tools designed for an efficient overnight workflow.

Position Requirements:
  • ABR certified or ABR eligible.
  • Fellowship training in neuroradiology, body imaging, abdominal imaging, thoracic imaging, or emergency radiology preferred.
  • Candidates with relevant practice experience will also be considered.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork.
  • Highly motivated physician with excellent interpersonal skills.

Practice Highlights:
Charlotte Radiology is comprised of more than 100 board-certified radiologists and more than 40 advanced practice providers, serving as the region's imaging experts since 1967.
