• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and active state licensure as LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• You should possess independent licensure, enabling you to practice without supervision.
• No recent disciplinary actions should be on record, ensuring a commitment to ethical and professional standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer systems are essential to navigate our counseling platform effectively.
• A stable internet connection is necessary to conduct virtual sessions without interruption.

• Experience in providing counseling services via telehealth is highly preferred, as well as familiarity with virtual counseling tools.
• Prior experience working with low-acuity adult clients will be beneficial to understand their specific needs and available resources effectively.
• Ability to develop and maintain a personalized caseload that aligns with both your expertise and clients' needs.
