Your primary duties will include:

• Delivering ethical, compassionate mental health counseling via secure video chat platforms.
• Conducting thorough, ongoing assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that cater to clients’ unique circumstances and therapy goals.
• Helping clients build and refine coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills.

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Recognition as an independently licensed professional, allowing for unsupervised practice.
• A spotless professional record, free from disciplinary actions.
• Effective interpersonal skills paired with a strong proficiency in using technology for telehealth services.
• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate smooth communication with clients.
