Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team in Austin, Texas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to meaningful outcomes in their mental health and overall well-being. With a salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, we provide competitive compensation that reflects the commitment and expertise of our professionals.

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Our organization recognizes the importance of maintaining a healthy work environment, which is essential for both our team and our clients. Our working hours are flexible, offering schedules of 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within the hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. This structure enables our staff to manage their personal commitments while contributing significantly to client care.

As an LCSW with Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center, you will have a multifaceted role that includes:

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families in various settings.
• Conducting thorough interviews to gather and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
• Evaluating and treating psychological issues within your scope of practice, ensuring that therapy approaches are tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitating cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis intervention and connection to community resources.
• Building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients based on mutual respect and trust, fostering an open environment for healing.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
• Adhering to case load demands and ensuring timely updates and documentation reflective of services provided.
• Participating in case consultations and team meetings to collaboratively assess client needs and share best practices.
• Potentially performing other duties as required to support the organization and its clients.

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance use issues, and family dynamics. You will engage with children, adolescents, and adults, providing tailored support that addresses their unique circumstances and promotes resilience and recovery. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

While we are open to candidates at various career stages, we prefer individuals with:

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in clinical social work or a related area.
• Demonstrated expertise in dealing with behavioral mental health issues such as mood disorders, substance dependence, grief, and family relationships.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually. The position is also eligible for a generous sign-on bonus.
