Product Manager - eCommerce StoreFront
Location: Philadelphia- Onsite.
Mandate: Shopify storefront
Role: The Product Manager, eCommerce role will lead the product strategy and roadmap execution within the US for our Storefront Experience team. This role will be critical in creating customer-facing features and operational tools to unlock growth opportunities across our multi-tenant eCommerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Shopify platform, an extensive history of driving results, and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role will partner closely with technical product managers, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to identify problems, define solutions, and manage product delivery from concept to launch.
What You'll Do:
Strategy
Help to shape the product strategy that supports the goals and vision of the eCommerce Storefront Experience team with a focus on delivering visual excellence in addition to both customer-facing and end-user features including:
Implement innovative features across our storefronts that focus on improving conversion rate/AOV, site navigation, site responsiveness, and the overall fan experience.
Optimize theme setup and configuration to drive operational improvement across our Creative and Store Management teams.
Ongoing solutions to enhance our store themes for both customers and end-users.
Evaluate emerging trends in headless commerce, Shopify APIs, and app integrations to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work with Business Analysts, UX Research/Design, Technical Product Managers, Regional Product Managers, and 3rd Party Vendors to translate the product vision and business requirements into actionable steps.
Partner with developers on projects including but not limited to: custom app development, Shopify theme enhancements, and integrations.
Requirements Gathering
Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders, data, and customer or user feedback to develop thorough product requirements documents.
Translate business and customer problems into clearly defined requirements.
Prioritize features and functionality that will be most impactful to the business goals.
Project Management
Drive executional excellence through the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce projects, with close collaboration with technical product managers to ensure that efforts are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood, met, and exceeded.
Effectively communicate product vision, status, tradeoffs, and delivery plans clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
